The new ‘Sustainable Swiss Wine’ label allows you to recognise wines from responsible Swiss production at a glance. It stands for sustainability, regional origin and high quality standards.

Every August, Valais wineries invite guests to communal dinners amongst the vineyards, at the wineries themselves or in the wine cellars. The Tavolata brings together regional cuisine, Valais wine and the chance to meet the people who produce it.

When live music fills the streets of Champéry and Swiss winemakers offer their wines for tasting, a very special atmosphere is created. Aurélie Lavison from the Café du Nord explains why the Jazz & Wine evenings have been bringing people together for the past seven years.

How do you tell the story of a wine on a plate? At Chesa Stüva Colani in Madulain, as part of the ‘Let’s Dine with Swiss Wine’ initiative, head chef Paolo Casanova brings together five Swiss wineries in an extraordinary tasting menu. Every ingredient comes from within a radius of no more than five kilometres of the respective winery.
