Wii-Donschtig

Conviviality and enjoyment are the order of the day at Wii-Donschtig. From May to September, on the third Thursday of every month, delicious wines from the Schaffhausen Pinot Noir region, colourful beers from the Falken brewery and sparkling non-alcoholic grape juices are served directly in front of the Visitor Centre, located at 73 Vordergasse in Schaffhausen. Large wooden tables set up in the ‘alley’ invite you to start the evening in a warm and friendly atmosphere. An ideal opportunity to discover the wines of the region. From 1 to 31 August 2026 , experience the month of the Tavolata des Vins du Valais. Around thirty wineries are opening their doors to invite you to their long table: a timeless moment where food and wine come together in a friendly and authentic atmosphere. Set amongst the vineyards or in unusual outdoor venues, the Tavolata brings together guests of all ages around a shared pleasure: sharing a meal, laughing, discovering and savouring. Schaffhausen Tavolata Enjoy a balmy summer evening amongst the vines and embark on a culinary journey through the Schaffhausen region at a long table. A cosy evening with informal dining groups amidst the vineyards creates a special atmosphere. In the style of a traditional Tavolata, a variety of dishes and drinks are served directly at the tables, allowing guests to help themselves as they please. MusicÔvignes Festival

MusicÔvignes is an open-air music festival held in the heart of the Cressier vineyards , in the orchard of the Cave des Lauriers. Over two days, the audience enjoys concerts by Swiss and international artists in a friendly atmosphere, whilst discovering the wines and local produce of the Neuchâtel region through tastings and a selection of local cuisine. More than just a festival, MusicÔvignes showcases the region’s wine-growing heritage by combining music, gastronomy and the art of living amidst the vineyards. Schaffhausen Wine Tasting 27–29 August – Schaffhausen Every year in August, the cloister of Allerheiligen Church hosts the Schaffhausen Wine Tasting. More than thirty wineries from the Blauburgunderland region in Schaffhausen present their wines and products in a historic setting. Their winegrowers and vintners provide information about the production, character and special features of the wines. The Schaffhausen country women are also present, offering homemade braided bread, farmhouse bread and other delicacies, as are the Schaffhausen grape juice producers with their sparkling non-alcoholic drinks. Dates Thursday, 27 August: 6:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. Friday, 28 August: 4:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m. Saturday, 29 August: 4:00 p. m. to 10:00 p. m.
