A la table du vigneron - At the winemaker's table
Every Wednesday in summer, a winemaker from the Lavaux region opens the doors of their vineyard for an exclusive evening. After presenting the history of the estate, the winemaker guides their guests through the vineyards for a guided tour, accompanied by a glass of Chasselas. During the walk, the unique characteristics of winegrowing in Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007, are explained. Back at the winery, a four-course menu, carefully prepared with local produce by a local chef, is served with wines from the estate. The Tavolata of Valais wines
From 1 to 31 August 2025 , winegrowers will host one or more meals showcasing their wines, bringing guests together around a long table under the open sky. The 44 events organised by 29 wineries offer menus and concepts to suit every taste and budget, set amid idyllic vineyards. In addition to traditional dishes such as raclette, polenta and grilled meats, some venues will also serve local specialities. A total of 2,655 places are available at the Tavolatas throughout August. As these round tables are very popular, we recommend booking quickly via the online ticket shop .

Wine tavolata in German-speaking Switzerland
Experience a wine dinner surrounded by vineyards in full growth. A wine tavolata consists of long or short tables set up in the vineyard alleys. Alternatively, they can be set up above, below or overlooking the vines. As a guest, you can enjoy a multi-course meal. You will be offered an authentic experience in the place where the wine and other products are made. Get to know the winegrowing families and their wines. Learn interesting facts about the vines, the location and the grape varieties. Bon appétit and cheers! The event will take place in all weather conditions. However, in case of rain, it will be organised so that no one gets wet. The Swiss Wine Tasting, which offers all wine professionals, connoisseurs and novices a unique opportunity to get to know the top wines of Switzerland's wine elite, will once again take place at the Kunsthaus Zurich. All exhibitors in the Chipperfield Building under one roof The grand exhibition of the Swiss wine scene At the Grand Tasting, 130 top producers from all parts of the country will provide an insight into the current wine production in Switzerland and will also be presenting some sold-out wines that cannot be tasted anywhere else. The Premiers Grands Crus of the Vaud region Under the direction of sommelier and wine journalist Anick Goumaz, the Office des Vins Vaudois presents its Premiers Grands Crus of the Vaud region in interactive workshops. These wines must meet very strict selection criteria in order to bear this title. 100th anniversary of Syrah in Valais To mark the 100th anniversary of Syrah in Valais, the Interprofession de la Vigne et du Vins du Valais is presenting matured and long-sold-out Valais Syrahs in exciting workshops led by geneticist Dr José Vouillamoz. Pinte de Féchy – Chasselas and more The winegrowers of the Féchy Vignoble Classé association will be serving their best wines and culinary specialities to guests in the Kunsthaus Bar, which has been converted into the Pinte de Féchy. Retrospective of the Swiss wine elite The winners of the Vintage Awards 2021 to 2025 will personally present two of their best wines from the last ten years in three different stages of maturity. Twenty-four winemakers who have proven their ability to produce wines with ageing potential will be participating in the first edition of the retrospective this year. 3 p. m. to 6 p. m Presentation of the Vintage Award 2025 Professional sommeliers will offer the best winning wines of the 2015 vintage for free tasting. 1 p. m. to 6 p. m Terroir study Château d'Auvernier and La Maison Carrée Château d'Auvernier and La Maison Carrée, two of Neuchâtel's most renowned wineries, invite you to a vertical tasting of their magnificent Pinot Noir wines from 2022 to 2014.
