When the winemakers serve the wine themselves
At Zurich’s Rechberg 1837, direct interaction forms the heart of the evening. As part of the ‘Skip the Middleman’ concept, the winemakers personally accompany a seven-course menu, pour their own wines and talk about their work.
A glass of wine, live jazz and the Valais mountain backdrop
At the Café du Nord in Champéry, Swiss wine, music and a summer atmosphere come together. Against the impressive backdrop of the Dents du Midi and the Dents Blanches, guests enjoy live jazz, regional specialities and selected wines from Swiss producers.
A fresh take on regionality
At the Chesa Stüva Colani in Madulain, regionality is put into practice consistently. ‘5 Vini · 5 Piatti · 5 km’ pairs five wines with five courses, the ingredients for each of which come from within a radius of no more than five kilometres of the respective vineyard.
