The renowned association Mémoire des Vins Suisses, which brings together the elite of Swiss wine producers along with journalists and experts from the wine world, opens its treasure of memorable wines once a year. Today it includes around 30,000 bottles, some of which have aged for more than twenty years and have long been sold out, from 59 producers across Switzerland.
