Organic wines of the highest standard

At BioVino 2026, 75 wineries presented a total of 309 organically produced wines from 19 wine regions and appellations across Switzerland. A panel of experts tasted all the wines blind.

A total of 61 gold and 31 silver medals were awarded, along with 14 category wins. The results impressively demonstrate the high quality and great diversity of Swiss organic and natural wines.

Valais winery wins two awards

The title of ‘Best Swiss Organic Wine 2026’ was secured by the Humagne 2024 from Daniel Magliocco & Fils in Chamoson (VS). With 92 out of 100 points, it also achieved the highest score in the competition. The family-run winery was also named ‘Best Swiss Organic Winery 2026’ – a recognition of the consistently high quality of its organically produced wines.

There was also a clear winner in the natural wine category: the Domaine de Miolan from Choulex (GE) was awarded the title ‘Best Swiss Natural Wine Winery 2026’.
