Swiss Wine at the Swiss Cheese Awards
Swiss wine meets Swiss cheese: To round off the Swiss Cheese Awards, the Burgquartier in Fribourg will be transformed into a huge food and drink market on 10 and 11 October. And Swiss Wine will be right in the thick of it.
Visit the Swiss Wine Chalet and discover a selection of wines from the Vully region. A local winemaker will be on hand throughout the weekend to present their wines and invite you to a tasting. Once you’ve found your favourite, you can buy the wines directly from the stand.
All around, craftspeople, producers and cheese makers from all over Switzerland will be showcasing their specialities in almost 70 chalets. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover and taste Swiss wine and cheese, and to get to know the people behind the products.
