A unique masterclass led by two iconic figures from the Fribourg region: Chef PP Clément from the restaurant ‘Le Chasseur’ and sommelier Julien Ayer from the restaurant ‘Le Pérolles’.
On the programme: a gourmet journey featuring five food and wine pairings, where gourmet bites will enhance the wines of Vully based on a surprise theme. This edition will also showcase Le Gruyère AOP.
