A la table du vigneron - At the winemaker's table
Every Wednesday in summer, a winemaker from the Lavaux region opens the doors of their vineyard for an exclusive evening.
After presenting the history of the estate, the winemaker guides their guests through the vineyards for a guided tour, accompanied by a glass of Chasselas.
During the walk, the unique characteristics of winegrowing in Lavaux, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2007, are explained. Back at the winery, a four-course menu, carefully prepared with local produce by a local chef, is served with wines from the estate.
