Domaine Bovy

The Bovys, who come from Chexbres, are an old Vaud family. The wine cellar dates from the 16th century and the first vines of the estate were acquired in 1779. Since 2015, Bertrand and Eric Bovy have represented the fourth generation. The estate's vineyards are all located in the Lavaux region, famous for the beauty of its landscapes and its terraced vineyards. The 10.6-hectare estate consists of various plots in the Saint-Saphorin, Dézaley, Chardonne and Epesses appellations.

Domaine Henri Cruchon

The Henri Cruchon estate cultivates a total of 16 grape varieties, spread across several small plots in the Morges vineyard. A real mosaic of vineyards spread across an enviably beautiful landscape. All the vines are cultivated biodynamically, a method that prohibits the use of chemicals. The estate is a true family affair: Henri Cruchon, who comes from a family of winemakers, founded the estate in 1976. In addition to his sons and their wives, his granddaughter Catherine Cruchon has been part of the estate since 2010.
